Send us your locked phone and we will unlock it for you. We have an extensive collection of in house unlocking hardware. Ideal for unlocking phones that cannot be unlocked remotely via code or Log.  We have many years experience and our on site engineers can unlock just about any phone on the market.
How much does it cost? The cost to unlock your phone by post is £15 Per Phone including Recorded Special delivery back to your door !!!
How long does it take? Our turn around time for unlocking is QUICK !!! We unlock your phone the same day it arrives to us and in most cases we post it back to you the same day too!
Step 1. Complete the Order Form, and an email containing your phone details will be emailed to you.   Step 2. Print out the email and fill in the required information, don't forget to sign it. (if you do not have a printer just write down the information we need on paper including your order number) If for some reason you do not receive the order email, please use  this emergency order form     Step3. mail the order form with your phone & payment made payable to FoneFunShop Ltd. to us at the address below.   FoneFunShop 132 Handsworth Road Handsworth Sheffield S9 4AE   Once we receive your phone it will be unlocked and returned the same day it arrives via Royal Mail Special Delivery
What payment methods do you offer? We accept cheques, postal orders & Cash for this service. If for some reason we cannot unlock your phone, although we list it, your payment will be returned with your phone.
How to pack your phone before sending it to us -Take out your simcard and keep it safe, as this is not needed to unlock your phone. -Fully charge the battery and turn your phone off. -Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or similar. -Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag, along with your completed and signed Order Form -We recommend you send your phone special delivery, to ensure your phone is delivered and signed for by us safely.

Frequently Asked Questions About Unlocking

"Why would I want to unlock my phone?", you may be asking, well, If you want to change network suppliers i.e. from Orange to One2one, you would have to pay Orange in the region of £35 to do so, basically because they don't want you to join someone else for the obvious reason that they would lose your money!
But we're not just picking on Orange here, there are hundreds of network operators around the globe that lock their phones onto their networks.
So, what do we do? We simply un-lock the sim locks from the phone so that you can use any network you please - the way we think it should be!

Is it illegal?
No!
Unlocking phones is completely legal.  Do not confuse unlocking with unBlocking: unblocking is also known as IMEI changing, and not something we will do

No!
IMEI changing is illegal, so don't even bother to ask us!

How long does it take?
We can send most phones back to you on the same day as receiving them, but please phone before sending to confirm this, some phones may take an extra day or two if they have to be sent to our workshop engineers.

How much does it cost?
Please see the table above for a guide, if your model is not listed please call us for a quote.
There is no extra delivery charges to pay as it is included in the price.
We accept payment by Postal Orders, Cash or Credit/Debit Cards, cheques. If you send Postal Orders please make them payable to "FoneFunShop Ltd." if paying by credit debit card, do not include your payment details, just include a contact number whereby we can call you for payment once work is completed.

Do we only un-lock U.K. phones?
We can now use our remote unlocking service to all phones worldwide.  However,  we have now ceased our international unlock by post service.
